What our supervisors can and cannot do

Supervisors are staff members who help keep KangaRO friendly. Their powers are deliberately small, and every command they use is recorded.

What a supervisor can do

• See who is online, and look up items, monsters and maps.
• Mute, kick or jail a player who breaks the server rules.
• Move to a player, or bring one to them, to help.
• Post announcements.

What a supervisor can never do

• Trade, sell, drop, vend or store items. Supervisor characters are blocked from all of it.
• Create items, zeny or monsters, or change anyone's levels or stats.
• Ban players, or change accounts and passwords.
• Act on the server owner's account.

How we keep it honest

• Every supervisor command is logged, and the logs are kept.
• The owner account has full powers, and its commands are logged too.
• Nobody on staff will ever ask for your password.
• If you think a supervisor treated you unfairly, tell the owner.
